Target is a Windows 10 computer without internet. Using another machine with internet I need a complete install file to download since a CD is no longer included. There isn't even a manual to download. While I tried to load it on the internet connected computer, it appears it must be connected to the internet to print (or scan). It appears that any project is sent to the printer has to be sent to China. Windows used to be Plug-N-Play. If there is no self contained installer. I guess the printer goes back to the store.
