    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer will connect to a 2.4Ghz wireless broadcast using WPA2 /AES encryption.&amp;nbsp; Does your network meet these standards?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using the same SSID name for all broadcasts, this can cause connection issues.&amp;nbsp; Try giving each network a unique name (example) mywireless2.4 &amp;amp; mywireless5G, or temporarily disable the 5G broadcast while you connect the printer and re-enable once connected. We need more information.&amp;nbsp; What steps have you performed.&amp;nbsp; Are you using a computer or the Print App?&amp;nbsp; Have you received any error messages, etc?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
