Could this be the result of a power failure, surge, etc?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide history for the device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any 3rd party anti-virus programs installed besides windows security?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest following my previous suggestion since installing over the top didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstall all canon applications, driver and utilities.&amp;nbsp; Restart the machine and reinstall.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
