      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a similar problem. When I select photo or document, I get that error message. All other selections work fine. I am using a MX 922 with a win 10 OS. This just started happening. I reloaded the utility / drivers. At a loss currently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
