    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using PIXMA E569S on MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.1.1. I have installed the right softwares and drives - my printer works. I tried VueScan trial to see if the scanner is connected. I am able to scan with that program but not with Canon's own program. It&amp;nbsp; keeps showing the following pop up.
