    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have printed the nozzle print test - I get 2 C's, 2 M's, 1 Y, and 1 BK.&amp;nbsp; The same I've always gotten in the past.&amp;nbsp; I just cannot print anything that is regular black &amp;amp; white.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Word docs are in color, they will print, but nothing will print if it's just black/white.&amp;nbsp; As long as the document (spreadsheet, pdf, jpeg) are in color, they print fine -- NOTHING will print in just black/white. My OS is Win/10 and all updates are up to date (as are the drivers for the printer).&amp;nbsp; I just updated my printer drivers last night, and that made no difference at all.&amp;nbsp; My ink cartridges are fine (new black ones just updated).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please print a nozzle test pattern.&amp;nbsp; It should print CMYK.&amp;nbsp; Do all colors print correctly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
