I cannot print Microsoft Word documents on my Pixma TR7520 printer.

If the Word docs are in color, they will print, but nothing will print if it's just black/white. As long as the document (spreadsheet, pdf, jpeg) are in color, they print fine -- NOTHING will print in just black/white. My OS is Win/10 and all updates are up to date (as are the drivers for the printer). I just updated my printer drivers last night, and that made no difference at all. My ink cartridges are fine (new black ones just updated).

Please print a nozzle test pattern. It should print CMYK. Do all colors print correctly.

Yes, I have printed the nozzle print test - I get 2 C's, 2 M's, 1 Y, and 1 BK. The same I've always gotten in the past. I just cannot print anything that is regular black & white.
