Just to clarify here, are you trying to download drivers via your phone? We ask because we only produce drivers for computers. The phone would just use our Canon PRINT app and connect via that.

There aren’t any mg3620 driver on the Canon App for my iPhone.As for my MacBook it can’t find any driver.

Correct, you will not find a driver on the app, that's not how it works. As for your MacBook, if a driver is available it will be found HERE.

As for your iPhone, HERE are the steps for connecting your printer to it, again, no drivers exist for mobile devices, the app is what you use. Or, HERE are the instructions for using airprint on your iPhone.
