      <title>Inkjet Smart Connect error ucrtbase_clr0400.dll.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Inkjet Smart Connect printer software download not opening on Windows 10.&lt;BR /&gt;Get an error for "ucrtbase_clr0400.dll not designed for Windows or contains an error."&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried multiple fixes found online and thought I would post a question here before trying more suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also get the message, "The module ucrtbase.dll was loaded but the entry-point DIIRegisterServer was not found. Make sure ucrtbase.dll is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the Command prompt for scan fix, DISM scanhealth and repair. They show various errors in the logs, but none of the fixes suggested allow it to be opened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
