This is the second Canon printer I have had a problem with. It works fine for about a month or two, the it will print just fine, but i cant connect to it with my computer over Wifi. No matter what I do, nothing will make it connect. I have went as far as factory resetting the Printer and trying to reconnect to no avail. It connects to the AP fine(according to the device and my router) but cant connect from my computer. Im done with canon printers. I will be buying Brother printers from now on. Over $100 for a printer that i cant even print from.

Thanks for joining the conversation, freebird413!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which Canon printer model you've got. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!
