&lt;P&gt;Please do the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Locate and press the&amp;nbsp;setup(screwdriver icon)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button on your printer untill the number 16 is displayed and then locate and press the&amp;nbsp;printer's&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Black&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This will disable the IPV6 setting on the printer.
