    <description>&lt;P&gt;New mf264dw II, setup and printed fine on my m1 max mac running latest sonoma 14.3.&amp;nbsp; I attemp to use the scanner, that should up in the network settings and has a green "light" icon.&amp;nbsp; But I recieve the following error..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Cannot communicate with the scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Error code: 600104&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any hints? One thing, it scan's fine from the cannon IOS PRINT app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
