Canon PIXMA TS3522 unable to connect to WiFi or Android Phone

I obtained this printer from a person who had been using it successfully. I am trying to get it to connect to my wifi. Is this printer able to print from an Android smart phone? If not how about a Chromebook?

Yes, you can print from an Android device to the TS3522.

The app you need is called Canon Print. It's available on Google Play.

It has links for drivers as well as the Canon print app for Android. It also has set up an installation instructions for Windows, Mac, or your mobile device
