      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new MacBook Pro running OS Sonoma 14.3. &amp;nbsp;I am trying to get scanning to work on my #Canon MB5320. &amp;nbsp;Printing works fine, but when I download the Canon IJ Scan Utility and install it I get the following error: &lt;STRONG&gt;A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Code:15,230,0&lt;/STRONG&gt;". &amp;nbsp;I have restarted my computer and reinstalled the software. &amp;nbsp;The weird thing is that this same configuration works on an older MacBook Pro also running OS Sonoma 14.3. &amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kory&lt;/P&gt;</description>
