    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Quick menu disappeared and I had to reload it.&amp;nbsp; After reloading, I can no longer use the scan on my MG3620 printer.&amp;nbsp; I continue to get the message " IJ networking scanner selector EX cannot be found. Reinstall scanner driver."&amp;nbsp; I have tried multiply time to install the scanner drive from the support page for the printer with no luck.&amp;nbsp; I am using Windows11 now and non to happy with it.&amp;nbsp; Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
