Hi,

If you download the free Canon print app is the printer still not detected? Also, on the configuration page, double check that the printer is connected to the same network as the Apple devices.

We look forward to your reply.

I see my new MG3600 printer in the Wifi list, but when I try to print from my iPhone (iOS 15.8) or my iPad (17.1.2), I get this error: No Airprint printer is found. Canon support list says this printer should be Aiprint enabled without extra software. Network Configuration Page from the printer lists Bonjour>Enable. What am I missing? Help.

Thanks for joining the conversation, EddieRoach!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I have the same exact problem.

I go through the instructions and get to the last stage where it says my iPhone is communicating with my printer and then I end up on the same page that I started on where it cannot find my printer. My MacBook is connected to the printer (this took a while to achieve as well), but I cannot get the iPhone to connect. I have never had this problem before if changed my router.

Hi,

Since the Macbook can detect but the mobile device can't please do the following:

Press and hold Stop button and release it when Alarm lamp flashes 23 times.

IPv6 is disabled and only IPv4 is enabled.

Then try to connect the printer via the app again.
