I input the correct serial number so many times, but it keep saying that I inputted the incorrect serial number.

You can find the driver installation page for your printer HERE. See if a direct download works for you better than the selection tool. Please let us know the operating system on your computer if that doesn't work!

There are 3 solutions，when I choose the last one，which is for D570，I need to click and agree the terms and conditions. And it requires me input the serial number to download the file. Do you mean that I can either choose the 1st one or 2nd one？

I did enter that serial number：3 letters and 5 numbers. But it said incorrect.
