I purchased my Pro-100 new. Other than the usual problems trying to get accurate color it is worked fine. Recently I had to replace my PC with one running Win10 64 bit. Can't get acceptable color. Did all the usual checks- inks are fu8ll, nozzles not clogged etc. Tried different software-Elements23, inPixio qimage. No difference. Have downloaded driver fromn Canon. When went to property to confirm driver the Microsoft Universal Driver is list NOT the Canon driver. I suspect this is my problem. But I can't get rid of the unidrv.dll with the Canon driver. Any suggestions?
