      <title>Pixma TR8620 photo problems with switch to Win11</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the holidays I "upgraded" from a Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.&amp;nbsp; I loaded the latest Canon printer drivers from the Canon website, but now all the "black" in my photos is printed as purple (when I am printing in Photo mode). If I print onto glossy photo paper with "standard" selected, I get black properly printed, but the black ink wipes off very easily.&amp;nbsp; I've run printer maintenance multiple times, deleted the printer drivers and reinstalled, run printer checks, and everything looks good except the photos.&amp;nbsp; BTW, I am running the glossy photo paper from the rear feed tray due to it's stiffness, if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old Win 10 computer still prints gorgeous photos, as long as you're willing to wait forever. (~10 year old computer).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what's going on????&amp;nbsp; I'm about ready to return the Win11 new computer and learn new lessons in patience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
