Hi!

So, I'm facing the 100. problem with this printer since I owning it.

Now I would like to print a pure black and white picture, but the printer wants to print it using colored ink at all cost. There is not a single pixel which is coloured. And if I print it anyways, it comes out as grey coloured. I was using the ink which I got for the printer, the black is in low load now, but still containing about 10-15% of black ink. Nevermind, I replaced it with a brand new black ink, but the picture is still grey. I did a reset on the printer, I removed all of the drivers and trash programs comes next to the driver, than redownloaded and reinstalled it, and I have restored all of the settings to default, but the blakc is still grey. Please help me...
