topic PIXMA G620 Easy Print Photo Editor and washed out prints solution in Printer Software & Networking

I have a G620 and have had similar issues with "no printer found" and washed-out prints. It turns out to be an easy fix for both.

There are three basic ways to connect the Wi-Fi printer to a computer. Wi-Fi to a router/network, Wi-Fi directly to the computer and a hard wire to the computer.

Easy print photo editor cannot find the printer if you are connected through a router or network. If you connect the printer with a cable directly to the computer, it will work just fine. I don't have a Wi-Fi connection on my old tower computer and can't address that connection.

For washed-out prints, find the printer preferences and change the quality from the default Standard to HIgh.

I hope this helps.
