MB5120 and Arris Surfboard 7600AC2 compatibility

I have an Arris 7600AC2 combo unit and just purchased an MB5120 printer. Wireless setup consistently fails. I'm trying to figure out if the combo unit is the problem. I've been unable to easily find the Arris 'IEEE' number or the MB5120 'IEEE' requirement.

Can anyone tell me if these units are compatible?

I suggest you log into your Arris 7600 and confirm its Wi-Fi broadcasts. The 7600 is a dual-band 2.4Ghz/5G modem/router.

Your printer supports 2.4Ghz and WPA2 AES encryption. If your broadcasts are using the same SSID name, try giving each a unique name. Example "MyWi-Fi2.4 and MyWiFi5G. Now re-run set up and see if this helps.

The LAN IP of your Arris should be 192.168.100.1
