I purchased my TS3320 (used) on 7/9/23. I have two MacBook Pros that I wish to print from, and up until today, I have been able to do so from both. But here's the catch: if I print from one laptop, the other laptop becomes unable to find the printer and print any jobs, even though:

1. All three devices are connected to the same home wifi network

2. Diagnostic print-outs confirm that there is no network problem

3. I have been able to successfully print from both laptops, just not alternatingly - once I print from one, the other becomes unusable

4. I have deleted and then reinstalled all Canon software and drivers from both laptops multiple times, most recently today, 10/9

What's worse, it now appears that neither laptop can "find" my plugged-in, wifi-connected printer, so I am now no longer able to print anything.

I attempted to register my printer under my MyCanon account, but got an error message that the printer's serial number isn't eligible for registration, which means that I cannot access official Canon support resources for troubleshooting, so here I am.

WOW, I have no idea what IPV6 is but that did the trick. Thank you SO much Arthur!

Hi again Arthur - I'm running into the same Wifi issues again. Just double checked and IPV6 is disabled, so that isn't the cause this time. Do you have any other troubleshooting recommendations?
