      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought an mg3629 printer. I installed the wireless setup on my laptop. Then I had to buy a&amp;nbsp; new laptop. Now every time I try to install it the printer connection is lost mid installation, and thus fails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RedDog84,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer can connect to a 2.4Ghz wireless broadcast that supports WPA2 encryption.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please confirm you are trying to connect to a supported network.&amp;nbsp; Note, if you are using a dual or tri-band router that uses the same SSID name for multiple networks, it might be helpful to temporarily disable the 5G broadcast until the printer is connected.&amp;nbsp; If the AP uses WPA3 encryption, you may need to specify WPA2 for backwards compatibility.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a dual 2.4 G and a 5 G network. I was connected to 2.4 G. How would I disable the 5 G network to install. Also, I did not have this problem with my old laptop which was running Windows 11 Home. I was able to install. What seems to be happening is that mid install the printer loses connection with the network and stops installing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
