      <title>MY Image garden scan option greyed out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My image garden has the scan option greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried going to Canon Inkjet print utility but it opened a page with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no apparent options. 1 block has "apps" and takes me to CLOUD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 block has "getting the most out of your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One block has Manual and one block has "support' which neither is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been at this for about 6 hours trying to find anything helpful. I can't take a screen shot of the page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
