Product I am trying to use is the Canon Media Configuration Tool for translating AM1X files for third party paper types into Canon printers (in my case imagePROGRAF PRO-300). It was running on a 27" iMac on Ventura, but on Sonoma it starts and the initial screen is displayed (but icons are all greyed out). Printer is connected via USB and it seems to hang with the coloured spinning while whilst trying to read the installed paper types. There is no error message reported and i have to force quit to close.

Thanks,
