      <title>Pixma Pro 100 unable to install printer on Win 10.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a Pixma Pro 100 that is connected to our network via hardwire, however I am unable to install the printer using Windows 10 add printer, using the TCP/IP connection.&amp;nbsp; When searching for the printer via its IP it is not found even thou I am able to ping it and can browse to the webportal.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on how to install the printer via a network connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
