      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem has resolved.&amp;nbsp; I removed all instances of the printer &amp;amp; fax, turned off the printer, rebooted, turned the printer on and the Mac finally recognized it.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
