    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer/scanner: &amp;nbsp;PIXMA G7020&lt;BR /&gt;My computer: &amp;nbsp;M2 Mac mini&lt;BR /&gt;My OS: &amp;nbsp;Sonoma 14.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I started getting this error message when scanning documents. The same message occurred regardless of the type of scan (Document, Photo, Custom). In each case, I go to settings to make sure it is set to save as either JPEG or TIFF, then try again. Every time, I get the same error message. Art there plans to update this software to remedy this matter?
