      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot install the software for the TS3451 printer on my work laptop because the following message appears during the installation: login in to an administrator account. I am the administrator and it worked on my personal laptop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
