Hello

I cannot install the software for the TS3451 printer on my work laptop because the following message appears during the installation: login in to an administrator account. I am the administrator and it worked on my personal laptop.

It sounds like the IT department at your employer does not allow you to be a local administrator. Maybe you can ask them to assist you with the credentials you need.
