    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently dropped Microsoft 365 and installed Apache Open Office. Now my printer will not connect to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to reinstall the printer. I got a message that the printer cannot connect to the OS running on my device. My OS is Windows 11 and it was working fine until I removed MS Office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with an actual person at Canon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
