MF216n won't print anymore, but scanner works

The printer stopped working for one of my WIN10 PC. It is networked and wired. Scan still works though. I tried reinstalling the drivers several time. When it ask to name the printer during install, it says the name exists already, but there is nothing. I deleted every printer that were present. I even uninstalled all the related software for the printer, but same. This actually happened in the past with another pc. When the pc was replaced, the printer started to work again. I think the problem is related to the invisible printer that is hanging around.

Also, if it matters, the printer is on a router that is daisy-chained to the main router and it works for other pc's..
