    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my MB2020 printer running off an HP laptop with no problems. I now have a new Dell Latitude 5440.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was able to print but couldn't scan from the printer to my Dell.&amp;nbsp; I've uninstalled the MB2020 printer but now I can't run the printer/scanner install.&amp;nbsp; I get an error "FAILED TO ACQUIRE INFORMATION ON THE DRIVER AND SOFTWARE.&amp;nbsp; CHECK THE NETWORK CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer has internet connection.&amp;nbsp; I tried running the install with and without a VPN connection.&amp;nbsp; I worked with my company IT help.&amp;nbsp; They said there isn't a firewall issue.&amp;nbsp; They said the problem is the program is unable to get a connection to Canon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The driver download I'm using is titled, "win-mb2000-1_1-ucd"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
