      <title>Easy Photo-Print Editor will not open</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed the latest version of Easy Photo-Print Editor on a Windows PC using Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; I have a TR8620a printer.&amp;nbsp; When I click on the shortcut (or the exe file directly) it spins for a couple of seconds and then quits.&amp;nbsp; The software does not open.&amp;nbsp; If I check in Task Manager there are 3 instances of the Canon Easy PhotoPrint background process running.&amp;nbsp; When I stop one, all 3 stop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and reinstalled and then rebooted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried running it as Administrator (although I am an Administrator) with the same results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what else I need to change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called support (chat was not available) and we walked through all the things I had already tried (reboot, uninstall/reinstall/reboot, etc.).&amp;nbsp; I was then passed to a technician who just had me install Easy Photo Print EX.&amp;nbsp; That old software doesn't run properly (on Windows 11?) and the text is too small to read with no options that I could see to make it bigger.&amp;nbsp; The long story short is that Easy Photo-Print Editor still won't open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem since I upgraded to Win 11 it has not been able to launch the program.&amp;nbsp; I did talk to a tech and it was never resolved.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating!!!&amp;nbsp; Now I have to use an old laptop to access my work that this program holds on the cloud...&amp;nbsp; What a pain, can't believe tech support is level one... for a Pro-200 printer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BTW I am using a Lenovo X13 and have recently tried the latest ver. 1.8 with the same results.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried all the compatibility modes with no change in results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
