    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resolved the issue. I was not installing from a folder under my user id but from a folder under my user id. When I copied the exec file to a fold under my actual use id, the install was successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume there was too many levels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for you time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Failure to install Canon Professional Print &amp; Layout</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempting to install the product on my Windows 11 PC. I downloaded the file&amp;nbsp;p2l_-win-1_3_7-ea10_3.exe from the Canon website but when I click on the exec it fails with the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The path name is too long. Change the path name so that it does not exceed 150 characters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to I resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
