      <title>G7020: IJ Scan Utility Lite not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm experiencing an issue with Canon's IJ Scan Utility Lite for Mac. On photo scans (set to save as TIF) I get this error message: &lt;STRONG&gt;"The scanned image cannot be saved because the selected format is not supported. Select JPEG or TIFF format in the driver, and then scan again."&lt;/STRONG&gt; I select "save as JPEG" and get the same message. I uninstalled the app, downloaded a new copy and re-installed it, but the same message occurs. When scanning PDF, the same message pops up again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have a fix for this, please share! Thx&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
