    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought a new Canon Printer Scanner PIXMA MG3620.&amp;nbsp; When I try to download the software, the little window for responses is cut off at the bottom.&amp;nbsp; I can't scroll done to see what is cut off.&amp;nbsp; So, I don't know what responses to make.&amp;nbsp; How do I make the window show all the information??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Stop the presses&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;!!&amp;nbsp; I've been fighting this problem for 3 weeks and have tried a lot of things.&amp;nbsp; I just &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;happened&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; to check to see is the software had been downloaded and I could start using the printer/scanner.&amp;nbsp; &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;And low and behold&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, somehow it has been, and the printer/scanner is now functional.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how or when, but you don't need to research the problem!!&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your support!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
