PIXMA G3260 unable to connect to new wi-fi

I am unable to get my printer to connect to new wi-fi router. The router name comes up when trying to manual connect, but it never asks me to put a password in, so it is unable to connect. How can I get it to connect to the new wi-fi?

I am using Windows 11 on my PC and have tried on my smartphone with IOS operating system as well. The Router name of the new wi-fi shows up on the screen on the printer and when select ok, it should ask for a password to be entered, but it does not, the printer tries to connect without a password, so fails to connect. I have tried from my PC and to connect with my phone, but unable to connect.
