    <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome. I have a TR8620a but I think they work the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using the IJ Scan Utility or the control panel or a different software? W10 or W11?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use the control panel the scan goes directly to the Documents folder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma TR8620 prints from my computer and will scan to Dropbox, but will not scan to my PC. The printer sees my computer, but when prompted to scan, nothing happens. This occurs whether the documents are fed, or placed on the platen. Again, I was able to utilize the Dropbox option, which worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
