    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently switched my internet provider to T-Mobile Home Internet using a 5G gateway.&amp;nbsp; All my attempts to connect my TS6120 have failed.&amp;nbsp; I believe the gateway uses WiFi 6 technology. Is there a way to connect my printer or will I be forced to by a newer model?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I worked with another user on a similar issue recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please look at the sides, back and or bottom of your T-Mobile Gateway.&amp;nbsp; Look for information about its default SSID names and broadcasts.&amp;nbsp; This may not be available on all models.&amp;nbsp; Your printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and can only connect to a 2.4Ghz broadcast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing is on the outside of your gateway, you may need to log into it and enable the 2.4Ghz broadcast.&amp;nbsp; Example, see page 22 of this user guide.&amp;nbsp; Not sure which gateway you own??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.t-mobile.com/support/public-files/attachments/T-Mobile%20High-Speed%20Internet%20Gateway%20End%20User%20Guide.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;T-Mobile High-Speed Internet Gateway End User Guide.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;T-Mo has support as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="shadowsports_0-1682290184342.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/41440i44C4BABC4F0A9F76/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="shadowsports_0-1682290184342.png" alt="shadowsports_0-1682290184342.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
