But printer cannot connect, TS9020. Have tried to do a factory reset. Have followed the set up over and over, still get error. Error Message: Failed to connect to wireless router. There are steps to follow. 1. Check that I selected the correct wireless router, YES. 2. Check that I entered the passphrase correct. I assume this is the wifi password. I cannot get to a place where I can enter the wifi password. 3. Check the wireless router. Wireless router is working perfect, no issues with any other equipment.
