      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Tiffany!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon IP8720. MacOS 13.3.&lt;BR /&gt;The issue started when I was running the previous version of my OS, which is why I initiated the update today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pulled this printer out of the box today and only just installed it. However, this issue started last week on my older iP8720.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
