Cannot use scanner on new PIXMA TS3522 Due to Missing Application

Hello all, I just recently purchased a new printer for my home office....
It was a Pixma TS3522, and it did not come with the claimed scanner application. I do have a folder that has the applications name, but it just an empty folder.
I am seeking a way to download the necessary application, that I may be able to use the scanner functionality of my printer, but I cannot find it anywhere. Can someone please provide a link, or instructions, and if so Thank you!!

Sorry, I am using Windows 11 on a Dell Laptop....
