Having real problems. Just got this unit used. No software. Hooked up through usb. I cannot find the download on cannon for this unit. I can find downloads for 3600 series. Up pops a website that wants $9.99 per month for a download. Can anyone help. I use windows 10

Head over to https://ij.start.canon and follow the setup prompts. If you Google the site on the card, it will take you to a fake site. The site on the card is https://ij.start.canon (no .com, not .cannon). Software from our site is always free.
