If your scanner needs a WIA driver it is likely that it is available from the Canon support site. Type "Canon support for XXX" in your browser, where XXX is the product model name.

Thanks for the response and sorry for my late response. I have a Pixma TR4520 printer but when I type it in it says cannot be found. I don't know why I need this WIA driver. I got a new computer, on the other computer I was using I had the same printer with no issue. Any help you can offer is appreciated.
