Hi, weatherdoc!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I recently purchased a PIXMA TR8620a All-in-One printer/scanner. While using ScanGear with the platen, the input Original Size is grayed-out and set to "Full Platen" and the Output Size is grayed-out and set to "Flexible" at 8.5" x 11.69". I want to be able to set the output length to letter size, 11.5". Is there a way to set the input and output sizes when using the platen to scan? I am using ScanGear with Readiris PDF 22 software.
