I am trying to open an image in Professional Print Layout but I am having some difficulty.

I have a macOS Ventura 13.1 and I am using Professional Print Layout 1.3.6 as a standalone.

Image is saved in a tif format in ‘my documents’. I have two versions, one from Procreate and the other Photoshop.

I open PPL and click open

My document folder opens and I click on both versions of the image (Procreate and Photoshop)

If I drag and drop the image anywhere in PPL nothing happens - no error message, no response. If I click ‘open’ in my document folder, nothing happens.

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve done this previously with one other image, and this still works, but I am unable to do this with any other images and I’m not sure why.

Thank you

Check at the very bottom of the application for two little up arrows. Apparently the thumbnail bar can get minimized and it will appear that nothing has opened when you open a image file.
