    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not seem to get this printer working.... our wireless router was replaced, had a computer guy come and was able to have the printer scan.&amp;nbsp; My computer died....&amp;nbsp; now able to print a test page but that's about it.&amp;nbsp; Had the computer guy come back, he said it's working fine...&amp;nbsp; it says it's scanning but isn't.&amp;nbsp; Tried to put a paper in the top tray to copy, it says its scanning and I get nothing.&amp;nbsp; Go to the settings, to the printer, hit test page and it prints fine.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running? Also as a test, are you able to print from a mobile device using the Canon print inkjet selphy app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
