Photo Rag Paper Choice in My Image Garden

When using Image Garden for printing on my Pro 9500 Mark ll I do not have choices for photo Rag and other pro quality papers that I bought from Canon. I have what I believe is the latest version of Image Garde and using iMac. What do I need to do to enable choices for printing. Thank you. Dec 2 2022 11:30AM EDST

Hi,

The last driver that would have the media types loaded was for MacOS 10.12. If you a using a newer version of the MacOS the printer is not compatible and would not have the drivers needed.
