PIXMA TS9520 Won't Connect Wirelessly with HP W11

i purchased a new HP laptop 3 months ago

i have worked with CS at Canon and no one can get this print to connect

anyone have suggestions? tired of dragging out the old slow laptop every time i need to print something

why would i want anything other than WIFI - laptop is in the living room and printer in the office

error is it will not connect -
