      <title>Poster Artist License Issues after new computer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm struggling to get support for a license activation issue for the copy of Poster Artist I purchased. In 30 days, I've had no reply to the email &lt;A href="mailto:CITS_CCADMIN@cits.canon.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;CITS_CCADMIN@cits.canon.com&lt;/A&gt; or able to get past the AA in 800-423-2366. The AA repeatedly asks me for the model and version of my product and despite my repeatedly replies I get nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to get access to Canon Support. All the information in the product packaging doesn't appear to be valid or correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
